About Me
So My name is Rianna I'm in my mid twenties. Yup I am a wheelie (wheelchair user) and have been since the age of 10. I have a rare illness called Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome, basically the instructions in some of my genes are incorrect and there are also mutations, so my body attacks my muscles making me weak. I can get extremely ill and find it difficult to move, breathe, eating / drink or talk. I depend on my powered chair for independence which I only had access to the past 6/7 years of my life.
As you can imagine dealing with such an illness led to alot of time at home, especially on the holidays. Naturally the computer and internet came into my life and kept me not only busy, but able to interact with school friends and make new friends. I am not really sure where I would be without the ability to play games on PC or talk to my friends that live in all different places.
Growing up my career choice in life was singing, until my illness started to progress, now I am unable to sing well after 3 minutes. My creative needs led me to fashion and textiles, eventually I decided to go into Fashion design and that was my main study at college and university. Again due to illness being unstable but also the lack of support put in place at university I had to drop out and give up on that dream temporarily.
It is only of recent I have started doing work experience and internships in a charity for those with muscle wasting conditions like mine, where I found a new passion to fight and support other disabled people, especially the young. I am not 100% sure where this new passion will take me, whether advocating, counselling, fundraising or campaigning, but I am excited. Now all my creative previous ideas have turned into hobbies. I do wish one day I WOULD be able to open my own fashion line making plus size clothing but also a main area focusing on adapted clothing for the disabled, to make it easier for those with limited body movement to dress without hassle or tiring.
Sims is my go to game as it is for many of us simmers, it has helped me through many dark times with depression and anxiety. It also allows me to be creative I LOVE building and interior design as you will see from my channels.
I am a CC addict as well. The more CC the better for me, but I must say I do like the idea of alpha cc and will be trying it out more.
In my sims 3 I play with alot of mods, Sims 4 less and only have the mc command center in place.
Usually I am a person you can spot a mile away, you know the kind bright red hair, bright jewellery, bright clothes, but lately I have tried to go natural with my hair and cut off all the damage (and the red! RIP) I'm also obsessed with tattoos and piercings. Haven't got any in awhile but totally planning to get more.. once you start you can't stop!
That's enough about me I do hope you find my stories fun and if you have any ideas let me know
Have a wonderful day!
